What we are looking for:
A Data Scientist with strong experience in designing, building, and optimizing intelligent systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions. Brings a solid background in machine learning, deep learning, and actively follows the latest advancements in Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
Skilled in developing and deploying RAG pipelines that integrate LLMs with external knowledge bases, building robust NLP systems for tasks such as summarization, semantic search, and question answering, and fine-tuning transformer models for domain-specific applications. Experienced in collaborating with stakeholders to integrate models into production environments, analyzing large-scale text datasets to extract actionable insights, and exploring cutting-edge techniques in embeddings, vector databases, and LLM architectures.

Job Summary:
In the role of Data Consultant at MT3 Technology, you will be pivotal in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to guide strategic decision-making and address business challenges. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with various teams to develop data-driven strategies, predictive models, and algorithms, thereby enhancing our operational efficiency and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect, cleanse, and process data from multiple sources, ensuring the highest data quality and accuracy.
Analyze large datasets to discern trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms tailored to specific business requirements.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to establish project objectives and translate business needs into data-driven strategies.
Continuously evaluate and refine model performance, focusing on improving accuracy and efficiency.
Effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical team members and senior management.
Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data science and consultancy.

Qualifications:
Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Data Consultant, Data Scientist, or in a similar capacity.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R, particularly for data analysis and machine learning applications.
Comprehensive knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning techniques, and data visualization.
Experienced with data manipulation tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Exceptional problem-solving skills with experience in managing large, complex datasets.
Strong communication skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively.

Programming Languages: Proficiency in C and C++ (17) is a must. Your deep knowledge of these languages will be the foundation for creating efficient and reliable software.
Embedded Systems: You should have expertise in STM32 microcontrollers and STM32HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer) to design and implement software for our embedded systems.
RTOS (Real-Time Operating Systems): Familiarity with FreeRTOS or other RTOS is essential for developing responsive, real-time software solutions.
Modeling and Design: Experience with UML (Unified Modeling Language) and IBM Rhapsody will be valuable for designing complex software systems.
Linux - Userspace: Proficiency in Linux userspace development is a plus, as it complements our embedded systems development.
Version Control: Strong knowledge of Git for efficient code version control and collaboration with the team.
Project Management: Familiarity with Jira for project management and issue tracking in an Agile environment.
Development Practices: Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies to ensure software quality and reliability.
Agile Mindset: Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment, adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
Proficiency in Qt and QML for UI development.

You are an analytical data expert who have the technicals skills to solve complex problems and the curiosity to explore what problems need to be solved, able to build predictive models using cloud platforms and local systems . You have very good knowledge of the cloud services and tools that enhance the data mining in an efficient way.

Requirements:
5+ yeros of industry experiences as Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer
Experience with Python, and /Non- DB
Prior suceso deploying (impactful) Machine Learning solutions to large-scale production systems
Solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms
Strong evens of ownership as a technical and product leader
Great communication skills and experience working with a dynamic product in an ambiguous environment
Used to work with teams to ensure that models are deployed and integrated into the real world decisions
Experience managing projects and deployments with Jira and GitLab/Github (or similar)
Understanding of Agile methodology
