About the role within Digital Solutions
Digital Solutions is an organization consisting of over 70 skilled colleagues worldwide, developing and operating digital services to accompany Husqvarna’s consumer products. Fastighetsavdelningen strävar mot att vara en effektiv och professionell organisation som ser till att vår operativa verksamhet har ändamålsenliga lokaler samt bra service avseende funktion, miljö, ekonomi och säkerhet. Nu söker vi efter en ny kollega till vårt team där du kommer ingå i ett arbetslag som arbetar med byggnationer, installationer och att säkerställa att vi har bästa möjliga ändamålsenliga lokaler.
Om rollen
Rollen som supporttekniker är en ny spännande position på avdelningen vilket gör att du har stor chans att påverka och forma positionen. Rollen är väldigt bred och innefattar bland annat att förbereda, filma events och onlinemöten samt att efterbearbeta materialet.
Tjänsten innefattar även underhåll och tillsyn av teknisk utrustning i kontrollrummet samt att supporta vid uppkoppling av teamsmöten. Övriga arbetsuppgifter kan vara felsökning av tekniska problem, supportera vid konferenser gällande AV -teknik samt att vara behjälplig vid diverse tekniska frågor gällande bland annat teams och annan kringutrustning.

Vad kommer du arbeta med?
I rollen som Manufacturing Engineer kommer du ha ett stort fokus på förbättringsarbete inom vår nyutvecklade och högautomatiserade fabrik som har specialbyggda maskiner anpassade till vår verksamhet. Tillsammans med övriga tekniker i teamet kommer du driva teknikutveckling för att nå våra uppställda mål i form av teknisk tillgänglighet, produktionskostnad, ergonomi, volym och kvalitet. Du kommer att ha en supporterande funktion med ansvar för att analysera, förbättra och driva vår teknik framåt så att den alltid ligger i framkant. En viktig del i arbetet är att du har förmågan att kunna se till hela flödet och vilken påverkan en förändring kan få på andra delar i processen. Arbetet kommer ske i tätt samarbete med exempelvis produktionsledare, operatörer, medarbetare inom underhåll och leverantörer.
Om dig
Högskole-/universitetsutbildning inom maskin/automation.
Produktionsteknisk utbildning är meriterande.
Vi ser det som meriterande om du har jobbat med projektledning då du kommer att driva förbättringsprojekt tillsammans med dina kollegor.
Meriterande är också om du har jobbat inom högautomatiserade flöden, har kunskap inom PLC och robothantering (ABB) och/eller kunskap inom visionteknik.

Organization
Sourcing at Husqvarna Division is organized in several categories which all are responsible for securing quality, delivery, cost efficiency and sustainability of supply within the category. One of the key functions within Sourcing is commodity management of direct material commodities and related commercial relationships with suppliers
The Sourcing Handheld Category is responsible for procuring all direct material used in Husqvarna’s Petrol Handheld products with a global set up of both plants and suppliers. The role requires travelling to suppliers as well as some of Husqvarna’s Key sites. You will face a broad role with heavy responsibilities, but also a good base for future growth within the company.
Your responsibilities
Be ultimately responsible for all commercial relations with the suppliers within your commodities and secure set targets of cost, quality, delivery and sustainability.
Create long term strategies, well anchored with internal stakeholders, for your commodities to deliver optimized value and drive implementation of the same.
Develop and maintain vendor agreements.
Manage sourcing projects and lead negotiations of commercial terms and conditions.
Build and maintain mutually beneficial relations with important suppliers in order to improve supplier performance and collaboration, not only to decrease costs and eliminate waste but also to utilize the suppliers full potential in areas such as product development and innovation.
Build and maintain strong internal relations within sourcing functions such as Project Sourcing, Supplier Quality Assurance and Supplier Development but also with other internal stakeholders such as R&D, Logistics and Manufacturing.
Set up and manage the annual budget of cost saving activities and negotiations.

Your qualifications
Master’s Degree in engineering or business administration together with recognized qualification in Sourcing or other relevant academic background.
You have a passion and for, as well as extensive experience within sourcing of direct material and mechanic components.
You are a self-motivated team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.
You have the ability to independently manage complex sourcing projects and initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
You are a true problem solver who enjoys reducing ambiguity and you are constantly moving forward.
Excellent commercial understanding.

Experience
Extensive experience of working in an international environment with purchasing, preferably in commodity management positions.
Extensive technical experience of mechanic or mechatronic components. Excellent knowledge of strategic sourcing methodologies, fact-based negotiation and cross-functional team collaboration.
Extensive experience of working in an international environment. Leadership and change management experience is a merit.

Languages
Fluency in English is required. Swedish and other such as German, Chinese and Japanese is a merit.
Location
Your office will be located in Huskvarna. Husqvarna is flexible and you have the opportunity to work from home, but also in the office when needed

About the position

Who are you?
To be successful as a Mechanical Design Engineer you shall have the following capabilities and experiences:
Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or 3 years related experience.
3+ years of experience (academic or professional) in Mechanical Design.
Experience with Design tools such as Catia, Office, Matlab
Experience with Smarteam is meritorious
Ability to work together with design engineers and resolve technical issues.
Strong communication and presentation skills – both verbal and written.
Fluent in English.



It is meritorious if you have:
Experience in the design of light metal, machining and molding tools.
Understanding of motor manufacturing methods and processes.
Development of high-volume products.

Your Role
As Product Quality Specialist you will be a part of a team where you’ll be responsible for supporting the market with product knowledge of the Husqvarna battery Lawn Mowers products. The primary focus is to act as a single point of contact for product related quality improvements raised by Husqvarna Groups After Sales companies and distributors around the world. You will receive product related improvement requests from customers, sales companies and distributors and, inform them about short-term and long-term solutions. You will also, in close cooperation with R&D, factories, and suppliers, analyze the identified problems, feedback the identified issues into new development projects as well as report and prioritize product improvements on existing platforms.
The role includes travelling to domestic and international locations 10-30 days/year.
You will also visit key customers on regular basis and participate in quality performance reviews. The job also include to train service personnel, primarily related to implemented product improvements.
In your duties you will also prepare, analyze and distribute monthly warranty data reports to the management team.
You will:


Act as main contact with After Sales organization, supporting them to solve product related issues
Feedback the identified issues from field into new development projects
Prioritize product improvements on existing platforms
Develop Technical documentation and Service Bulletins
Develop presentation material and carry out training of service personnel
Visit key customers on a regular basis and participate in quality performance reviews
Participate in Quality related work-packages of Husqvarna Product Creation Process and take responsibility for Product Quality deliverables
