På vår avdelning Residential EPAC Robotics R&D - Electronics & Mechanics är vi ca 60 personer fördelade på områdena Mekanik, Elektronik och med en del supportande roller som tekniska projektledare och arkitekter. Vi ska nu utöka avdelningen med ett helt nytt team med fokus på Elektromekanik.
Vi söker en inspirerande ledare med en passion för att bygga, utveckla och leda vårt nya team inom Elektromekanik. I denna roll kommer du att vara del av en grupp på 8 personer. Ditt fokus kommer inledningsvis vara att forma och stärka teamet, med långsiktigt mål att skapa innovativa strategier och etablera solida interna strukturer. Detta för att möta våra mål och utveckla/stärka samarbeten med våra intressenter.


Arbetsuppgifter:
- Att utveckla verksamheten i linje med vår övergripande R&D Robotics-strategi
- Personal- och budgetansvar
- Bygga och rekrytera rätt kompetenser inom området elektromekanik
- Aktivt supporta och utveckla teknisk och operativ ledning inom elektromekanik
- Tillsammans med vårt produktlabb samt mekanik- och elektronikteam, utveckla nya testmetoder för att säkerställa hög kvalitet och prestanda hos våra produkter.


Din profil:
-Några års erfarenhet inom en ledande roll som tex. Projektledare eller linjechef
-Civilingenjör alt. Högskoleingenjör inom Elektronik eller Elektromekanik
-Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift

About You
You have a strong customer focus, are structured in your approach, and are passionate about building high-performing support organizations. You lead with empathy and accountability, and you understand the direct connection between customer experience and business outcomes.
In addition, you bring:
Proven leadership experience leading cross-functional teams in a global or regional setting with direct people management responsibilities.
A track record of developing customer care functions, ideally in a technical environment.
Experience working with training tools and methods for both internal and external stakeholders.
A strong understanding of product technology and service delivery.
Knowledge of dealer networks; retail and e-commerce experience is a plus.
Basic financial knowledge including budgeting and business case development.
B.Sc. in Technology related field or equivalent.

Location
This position is based in Sweden. Our preferred location is Huskvarna, where most of the team is located, but we are also open to candidates based at our other sites in Stockholm or Jonsered. We offer a hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week in the office.

About the Role
As SAP Data Lead, you will define and implement the end-to-end data management strategy—covering governance, architecture, quality, and migration—for one of Husqvarna Group’s most pivotal digital programs.
You will lead cross-functional teams in designing and executing effective data migration and cleansing plans, ensuring readiness for system testing, training, and go-live. From material master data to customer, vendor, and transactional records, your focus will be on delivering clean, consistent, and compliant data that meets both operational needs and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will work closely with SAP functional leads, business stakeholders, and integration partners to shape data architecture, manage risk, and drive alignment on data ownership and standards across the organization.


Your Mission
Develop and lead the SAP data strategy, including governance frameworks and lifecycle processes
Oversee end-to-end data migration planning and execution, including ETL, validation, and cutover
Partner with business and functional teams to define ownership, standards, and quality rules
Manage master and transactional data across multiple SAP modules in SAP S/4 HANA (MM, SD, FI, CO, PP)
Ensure all data is compliant with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR)
Lead and support a team of analysts, migration specialists, and external consultants
Proactively manage data-related risks, issues, and milestones across the program lifecycle



About You
With over 8 years of experience in SAP data management and a track record of success in multiple full-cycle implementations, you bring a rare blend of technical insight, project leadership, and business understanding. Whether handling material master data or refining data governance frameworks, you thrive in complexity and keep the bigger picture in mind.


You bring:
Deep expertise in SAP master data and S/4HANA data models
Hands-on experience with migration tools (e.g., SAP BODS, LSMW, Migration Cockpit, or others)
Familiarity with governance platforms such as SAP MDG and Syniti
Strong stakeholder and team leadership skills in global and cross-functional contexts
Experience in data cutover planning, mock loads, and reconciliation
Excellent English communication skills and the ability to operate in agile or hybrid setups

About the Role
As SAP Solution Lead RTR, you will take ownership of the end-to-end Record-to-Report solution within one of Husqvarna Group’s most significant transformation programs. Your role will span from strategic planning to hands-on solution design, guiding the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud across multiple regions and business units.
You will work cross-functionally with both business and IT, driving solution alignment, process standardization, and integration across the finance landscape. You’ve delivered global SAP programs, often in hybrid setups (Waterfall/Agile), and know how to build high-value digital roadmaps. Your experience spans SAP Finance, S/4HANA, Treasury & Cash Management, and beyond. Tools like Solution Manager, BPMN, and SAP analytics are second nature to you.
You lead by example—bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to every phase of delivery. You influence across functions, communicate with impact, and focus on what truly matters: delivering results. About the Role
You’ll be part of the Global Aftermarket management team within the Husqvarna Forest & Garden Division, reporting directly to the VP Global Aftermarket, Services & Quality. This team is focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence across quality assurance, technical support, and training.
We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic leader to drive and improve our global quality, warranty, and support operations. You will play a key role in shaping the way we serve our customers and partners long after the initial sale. What You'll Do
